Art & Meditation Workshop: The Flower Of The Heart
Creative expression • Meditation • Inner Beauty • Wellness for the Soul
La Fleur du Cœur is a creative art & mindfulness workshop inspired by St. Thérèse’s autobiography, in which she compares human beings to flowers.
Like a flower, every person is unique and wonderful in their own way. Yet to find the divine beauty and deep joy for life, it is important to cherish and embrace the uniqueness of our talents and of who we are. It is then that our qualities and ways of being will bloom into their fullest and floral potential.
The workshop combines a guided and sonic art meditation before we embrace a creative expression through aquarelle, painting, drawing and/or poetry for a couple of hours.
All cultures are welcome. The meditation is available in LU, DE, FR, EN.

12 December 10.00 – 12.00 Children (~6 – 12 years) in LU accompanied with one adult/guardian - Including a sonic art meditation, herbal drinks and teas, professional and special art supplies such as pearlescent aquarelle, gold leaf, handmade paper (Büttenpapier), each guest receives a personal notebook for sketches and poetry, etc.
