Why is a well-balanced and activated chakra & energy body system importanT when creating music & art?

The energy breathing techniques I use activate and cleanse your personal Kundalini fire. A powerful and well-grounded Root Chakra is important to turn earth energy into sound. From my experience, the higher the notes, the better grounded you have to be in order to avoid taking the energy from your throat or mid-body areas.

Connecting your roots to goddess gaia when singing

When singing the energy must flow easily from your golden roots and Muladhara Chakra, connected to Mother Nature, to your higher chakras. If singers take the energy from breast or throat, the vocal cords tend to be over-worked fast, and may sound ‘old’ or ‘rusty’ very quickly. A conscious and very sensitive way of feeling is necessary to understand where your Nada-energy comes from. Get ready to go deep into your Muladhara Chakra and release all blockages!

Which other chakras are involved when singing?

An activated and free Heart Chakra is wonderful to have when you sing, as it is the housing space of your individual sound, that your Soul brought to this Earth. The freer your heart chakra, the more You becomes your voice.

It is a great experience to sing with JOY! The Sacral Chakra, also known as Svadhisthana Chakra, plays a big role here. Singing with deep joy and pleasure will add beautiful color to the sound of your voice. The joy also makes it flow easier, as the energy goes from the ground, to your head, and all chakras in between should be open, activated and clear

The Ajna Chakra (3rd Eye) is important to be activated, as you sing through your ‘mask’ and need a 100 % clear vision where and how your sound, your voice are being manifested in the space… These are just a few examples to illustrate how every chakra and energy point in your body plays a role when singing!

So a golden Chakra alignment and an activated, powerful Merkaba is very beneficial in helping you access your own true voice and make every note and sound as divine as befits your angelic nature.
