How to be healed?

I have been wondering about this since I was a child. However, if I want to know how to find healing, I first need to know who I am—or rather, what I am.

In that sense, I observed that healing is a state of harmony, a mystical and divine synergy of physical, mental, and emotional dimensions. A fine balance, which in my experience can also be traced to the concept of body, mind, and soul.

Each of us is a unique cosmos, and each carries a precious flowering of that very interplay. Thus, I feel that the question of how to be healed reveals answers as diverse as all the splendors of a rainbow.

Daily Meditations

In 2012, I decided to meditate daily to explore my mind’s expansiveness, its relation to the body and the auto-healing intelligence, or also described as the creativity that our cells thrive and multiply on. Since then, the moments of retreat into the chambers of my heart have extended to an hour or several hours daily.

At some point, I learned to consciously take my spirit out of the body on transcendental journeys. The eternity and beauty of our universes beyond spaces and time, connecting with harmonious star regions and beings of light of ascended dimensions.

In some meditations, I also let my intention, concentration and spirit sink and expand profoundly into my own body, or parts of my body or get in a somewhat telepathic contact with specific ‘cell regions’. The latter often took me back in time by memory through incarnations and perceptions of many kinds. I understood what the so-called cell-memory might be perceived like as an observing being.

Metaphysical Journeys Beyond Space and Time

The deeper my inner eye explored diving into cell memories during meditations, the further back in time I felt to spiritually travel, as if the complex and multi-dimensional cell memory keeps forming with each new moment we live. Furthermore the cells always seemed to interact with my intentionsand meditations, and changed their color luminosity, their constellations and the complex and quickly moving energy field, the erratic movements, I observed. I hereby want to mention, that the term ‘cell memory’ might not be correct. From the experiences I would rather name it something like ‘multi-dimensional always-changing and adapting cell-organism program’.

In doing so, I also noticed repeatedly that spatial and temporal separations disappear completely during the prolonged participation in silent meditations. As a result, proportions and distances also cease to manifest.

The Mirror effect between Micro- and Macrocosms

My perception of color and sound harmonies, that I perceived with specific stars or star regions, was likewise reflected in within cells that I observed during meditation. As if the light energy frequencies in our cells is the same as the light energy frequency in stars. And there many and plenty of different harmonies, octaves and frequency combinations!
