a meditation of gratitude
The light-heart-meditation

The Light-Heart-Meditation is a meditation technique for everyone and everyday. The length of the meditation can vary, and be enjoyed for 1-2 minutes as a divine reset when waking up or during the day, or before falling asleep. If wished, the meditation can also be done for 10 or 20 minutes, or one may stay within it for longer.
The main energy we are working with during the Light-Heart-Meditation is the energy of gratitude. Accepting with gratitude also means letting go of any resentment, criticism, and rejection. Thank you is a cosmic language and creates more joy and more situations or relationships that we want to feel truly grateful for.
How did the meditation technique come to life?
Many years ago I wished from Christ Consciousness and Divine Love to teach me a meditation technique in which the YES for being alive, YES for being here is the centre and intention of it. I wished to dive deep into the field of unconditional gratitude for all that lives, for All-that-is. It is just wonderful to be present in such a blissful intention while connecting in stillness with oneself and infinity.
Over a few years, every time I went into a stillness meditation, or while performing active energy work, I was guided more and more towards what I would call later, the Light-Heart-Meditation. It is a meditation that will open up your heart chakra on so many levels, in depth, while connecting to the entire world and cosmos around you; the microcosm as well as the macrocosm.
Can everyone learn it?
Yes.
You do not need a special religion or belief, nor a certain age or university diploma to learn it. You can sit or lay while doing it. You can have eyes open or closed. All you need to know is the word ‘Thank you’ in your mother tongue.
How often and how long do I need to practice it before noticing results in ‘real’ life?
The Light-Heart-Meditation is a meditation and a teaching to be exercised. After practicing it for a few months or a few years, there can be times where it is more challenging, or where it flows easier.
The more challenging the meditation feels to you, the more beneficial it will be to practice it often.
It is up to you, whether you practice it once day for 5 minutes, or 5 times a day for 1 minute. If you are into mindfulness teachings or lucid dreaming, you might even enjoy doing it half a minute up to 2 minutes every hour while being awake.
From experience I have noticed the strongest result when performing it once a day 20 minutes, and within a few days only your energy will be different. People that have not thought or contacted you in a long time might want to see you, things that did not ‘flow’ smoothly, start to run by themselves etc. Your heart chakra is growing and healing, you are elevating your heart’s energy tremendously by every practice! Up to you, how much change and divine love flow you want to create in your life!
How can I learn it? Is there an online .mp3 or Youtube video for it?
The meditation technique is performed in silence, and you are guiding yourself, or rather creating the meditation flow yourself. It is not a technique that works like a guided meditation, as the practice is about you becoming aware of your own flow. You are learning to reset yourself by intention. That happens in your very rhythm. The change happens from within, not from an outside source or voice.
It is a very easy and simple technique anyone can do and practice, yet you need to be ready be the ‘guide’ of your own direction. That is why the meditation is so powerful, as you practice in guiding yourself everyday toward the bliss of pure gratitude – no need for an app, no need for a mobile device or electricity, no need for a special outfit or room, no need for any outside ‘thing’. Just you ☺️
